Predictably, about the con, only it took place in a sort of amphitheater and the guest was Alec Guinness. Who obviously was still alive, but looked terrible and it seemed a cruelty to make him perform for us. We wanted to make him wear a costume but he ended up coming on stage dressed as a Jedi. I tried to weasel out. A couple of persons I had never seen asked me to do some pretty simple things, and at first I accepted, then refused because I had to cut down my activities or I'd go crazy... |
