Come ho detto, non voglio spoilerare LOST per gli amici che non hanno ancora visto la sesta stagione, ma vorrei usare questo post per i pensieri random che mi vengono quasi altrettanto spesso dei pensieri random su ASOIAF. - BEN LINUS (SPOILER). Credo che rivedendo la serie dall'inizio il ruolo di Ben assumerà un significato del tutto diverso. Ha fatto cose tremende perché era confuso e arrabbiato (complesso di Napoleone), ma era davvero uno dei buoni - era un servitore di Jacob. I metodi di Jacob possono essere discutibili, ma è stato riconosciuto come il Bene con la B maiuscola. - JACK. Nell'ultima parte della stagione è migliorato immensamente. Credo che gli sceneggiatori abbiano capito che se volevano porre fine alla maledettisima serie non potevano continuare con un personaggio che diceva NO a qualunque suggerimento che non provenisse da lui. Kate, tuttavia, ai miei occhi non ha redenzione. - FRANK J. LAPIDUS (SPOILER). Nell'ultimo episodio, mentre sta manovrando l'aereo per lasciare l'Isola, ha gli occhi pieni di lacrime. Quando scorge Sawyer e le ragazze che corrono verso di lui, ride, con le lacrime che quasi traboccano. Date l'Emmy a Jeff Fahey. - LA MIA LAVATRICE (SPOILER). Fa esattamente lo stesso rumore dell'aereo Ajira che decolla. | I don't want to spoil LOST for my Italian friends who haven't seen season 6 yet, but I'd like to use this post for random thoughts that come to me almost as often as random thoughts about ASOIAF. - BEN LINUS (SPOILER). I think that watching again the series from the beginning, Ben's role will take on a completely different meaning. He did awful things because he was confused and angry (Napoleon complex), but he WAS a good guy - he was a servant of Jacob. We can argue about Jacob's methods, but he was established as Good with a capital G. - JACK. He improved enormously in the last part of season 6. I think the writers realized that if they wanted to wrap up the damn thing they couldn't have a character who said NO to any suggestion that didn't come from him. Kate, however, is irredeemable for me. - FRANK J. LAPIDUS (SPOILER). In the final ep, while he's maneuvering the plane to get off the Island, his eyes are full of tears. When he spots Sawyer and the ladies running up, he laughs, with brimming eyes. Give Jeff Fahey an Emmy. - MY WASHING MACHINE (SPOILER). It makes the exact same noise as the Ajira plane taking off. |
