Ho mangiato per 2 giorni senza sosta per il mio compleanno, incluso il giapponese improvvisato di ieri sera. E' stato fantastico. Non mangerò MAI PIU'. Dovrei bloggare i fantastici amici e regali e feste. (Che non sono ancora finite.) Ho sonno. Ho avuto gli incubi. Litigavo con qualcuno perché... boh, diceva qualcosa che non mi andava. Per fortuna era solo un sogno. (Già, perché non è mai successo nella vita reale, vero?) Ultima scena di TFEX che mi è venuta in mente. 2 nemici giacciono danneggiati sott'acqua, con i loro ologrammi incorporei che si insultano su una barca di pescatori. Se A riesce a muoversi, spinge B giù da una cornice e nelle profondità mortali dell'Abisso Laurenziano. Se B si muove, aggiusta A ed esce in volo con lui, pronto a spegnerlo di nuovo se fa scherzi. Che faranno? Come mi divertono queste cose! Potrei metterlo nella storia n. 4. Finora, il piano della saga (quella che doveva terminare con la prima parte della prima storia) è: 1. "Il Vaso di Pandora" - nuovo titolo, potrei finire di postarla oggi (stabilisce il mio universo post-Movie, stile G1) 2. "Due vite, un incubo" - in lavorazione (i nostri cominciano a esplorare i nuovi poteri, alcuni tentano di trovarsi una ragazza) 3. "Noi, il Popolo" - in lavorazione (i nostri scoprono che non hanno un governo, ma qualcuno ritorna dai morti) 4. "Gli esseri senzienti sono un'opinione" - titolo di lavoro ^^' (i nostri trovano 2 nuovi membri riluttanti, litigano con la moglie, ponderano l'accoppiamento umano, vengono rapiti, pensano di rubare la scintilla altrui per resuscitare Megatron, scoprono una base nemica, si fanno sparare alla schiena proteggendo qualcuno, combattono sott'acqua, devono guarire un nemico e un sacco di altre scene slegate che probabilmente non staranno in una storia sola.) Il problema è che non so dove sto andando, e questo è insolito per me. Di solito: a) scrivo racconti storici, quindi la trama c'è già; b) scrivo per una saga che non è ancora finita (e adesso che è finita ignorerò la fine, scusa JKR - Brian Black salverà il mondo!) c) ho in mente dall'inizio una fine chiara della serie. ("McKay's Story" ha un lieto fine alla battaglia di Little Big Horn. Sul serio.) Ma qui cosa faccio? Recupero Megatron? Ammazzo Starscream? Redimo Starscream? Non mi va di fare qualcosa di così drastico. Spero in un'ispirazione che mi dia un finale indefinito ma soddisfacente. Comunque dal 1 maggio comincerò a scrivere di Iron Man, quindi tutto questo è irrilevante. | I ate for 2 days straight for my b-day, including last night's impromptu Japanese. It was great. I don't know, he said something that rubbed me the wrong way. Luckily it was just a dream. (Yeah, because it totally never happened in real life.) Latest TFEX scene that came to my mind. 2 enemies lying damaged under the sea, and their disembodied holograms cursing at each other on a fishing boat. If A manages to move, he'll push B over a ledge and into the crushing depths of the Laurentian Abyss. If B moves, he'll fix A and fly out of there with him, ready to turn him off again in case of foul play. What do they do? Oh, how I amuse myself! This might end up in Story 4. Till now, the plan of the saga (the one that should have ended with part 1 of story 1) is: 1. "Pandora's Box" - new title, might finish posting it today (my post-Movie, G1-inspired universe is established - sorry, not translated yet) 2. "Two Lives, One Nightmare" - in progress (our heroes begin to explore new powers, some try to get girlfriends) 3. "We The People" - in progress (our heroes discover they don't have a government, but someone comes back from the dead) 4. "Sentience is Relative" - working title ^^' (our heroes gain 2 reluctant members, quarrel with wife, meditate on human mating, get kidnapped, think of stealing someone's spark to revive Megatron, discover an enemy base, get shot in the back protecting someone else, fight under water, have to heal an enemy and a lot of still unconnected stuff which probably won't fit into one story.) The problem is, I don't know where I'm going, and this is unusual for me. I usually: a) write history, so the plot is there already; b) write for something that is not over yet (and now that it's over, I'll disregard the ending, sorry JKR - Brian Black will save the world!) c) I have from the start a clear ending of the series in mind. ("McKay's Story" ends happily ever after at the Battle of Little Big Horn. Really.) But what do I do here? Recover Megatron? Kill Starscream? Redeem Starscream? I'm not keen on doing anything so drastic. I'm hoping for a brain flash that will give me an ending which is both indecisive and satisfying. Anyway from May 1 I'll start writing about Iron Man, so all this is pretty pointless. |
