- Svegliarmi e trovare la cucina così pulita che sembra la casa dei miei sogni. Potrei sviluppare una dipendenza per questo.
- Riuscire a utilizzare uno degli inutilizzabili buoni da 40 euro al GS e ottenere 100 punti tutti in una volta per il mio futuro trapano... e scoprire che ho comprato circa metà delle cose che mi servivano, così la prossima volta saranno altri 100 punti.
- Ricordare di portare ad aggiustare un paio delle mie scarpe preferite.
- Scoprire che con un uso più attento dello spazio posso liberare un intero ripiano... per altre scarpe vecchie.
- Voglia di cucinare! Un segno infallibile che la mia mente è ragionevolmente in pace. Ho provato la polenta per la prima volta ed è venuta benissimo.
- Cacciarmi sotto le coperte con un bicchiere di latte e Beowulf (suona pittoresco) e accorgermi che qualche volta riesco a capire perfino due versi di seguito senza guardare la traduzione! | - Waking up and finding the kitchen so clean that it looks like my dream house. - Managing to use one of the unusable 40€ coupons at the mall and getting 100 points all at once for my future electric drill... and discovering I bought about half of the things I needed, so next time it will be another 100 points.
- Remembering to bring a pair of my favourite shoes to fix.
- Discovering that with a more careful use of the space I can free a whole shelf... for more old shoes.
- Feeling like cooking! A sure sign that my mind is reasonably at peace. Attempted polenta for the first time and it turned out great.
- Snuggling under the covers with a glass of milk and Beowulf (this sounds picturesque) and realizing I sometimes manage to understand even two verses in a row without looking at the translation! |
