LOOKING SIDEWAYS

Mai vantarmi che le cose vanno bene. Ho l'influenza e ho perso tutte le buone abitudini.

Notizie migliori: ho avuto in regalo da amiche la colonna sonora di ROTK e sono molto contenta. Mi sono anche arrivati due romanzi ambientati nel V secolo da Amazon (usati), Attila's Treasure e Raptor. Sono stata contenta di scoprire che entrambi sono abbastanza buoni. Teodorico è in tutti e due fondamentalmente una brava persona. *Quasi* come in Drago. Fra l'altro adesso Tarquinio è interpretato da Ben Kingsley, e il personaggio ha preso nuova vita.

Ho anche visto Van Helsing. Non così orribile come pensavo. Le cose mi sorprendono piacevolmente? Impossibile! Interrompiamo subito questa linea di pensiero...

In other and better news, I got the ROTK soundtrack as a present from friends and am very happy. I also got two V century novels through Amazon (used), Attila's Treasure and Raptor. I was glad to discover they were both pretty good. Theodoric appears in both as basically a nice man. *Almost* like in Dragon. BTW, I cast Ben Kingsley as Tarquinius and the character took new life.

I also saw Van Helsing. Not as horrible as I thought. Things are surprising me pleasantly? Impossible! Let's halt this train of thoughts immediately...
